Job Context:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth in the agro sector. The ideal candidate must have strong field experience and in-depth knowledge of agro-based products and market dynamics.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing plans for agro products.
Expand dealer and distribution network.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, farmers, and stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Organize promotional campaigns and field visits.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Lead and supervise the sales team.
