∎ BSc in CSE/EEE/ETE/ECE/ICT.
∎ Training/Trade Course: MTCRE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Internet & Data physical link status check in network device.
∎ All network device status check in monitoring tools.
∎ Wi-Fi router status check on controller. If any Wi-Fi router is connected without controller also need to check those router statuses on controller software
∎ WiFi router configure and adopt to controller.
∎ Monitor and Check bandwidth status on MRTG graph.
∎ Modify & change configuration int router on requirement base.
∎ Tracking all Switch & Wi-Fi router info in network.
∎ Configuration modification of Wi-Fi router’s.
∎ Configure VLAN in Switch. Configure new switch
∎ Home internet services follow-up, monitor &status check along with NOC
∎ Ensure uninterrupted network & physical presence during VC meeting even it is after office.
∎ DO survey before establishing a new connection.
∎ Vendor communication in terms of network equipment’s spec, price and so on.
∎ MAC disable for WIFI access for resigning/terminate users
∎ ALL VPN Network troubleshoot of existing inventory. (PPTP, IP-Sec, IP-IP, GRE).
∎ Provide guide-line and consultancy only for mounting Network Rack, cable layout and other equipment setup to establish a network connectivity.
∎ Monitoring & troubleshoot on ERP network system as per commercial term.
∎ Data Centre Safety Management
∎ Network monitoring and providing any type of remote support.
∎ Collect survey report and forward concern department and always follow up.
∎ After Receiving go ahead call then communicate local concern to implementation.
∎ After implementation then handover concern department.
∎ Planning and implementing any required network issues of authority.
∎ Ensure monthly configuration backup of all network devices.
∎ Performing network device’s upgradation/migration related activities
