Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare brands daily, weekly, monthly sales plan based on market demand.
Adopt in & provide authentic information in changing situation.
Current market & competitor’s analysis on regular basis.
Willingness to take challenges & be able to work in stressful situation.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the corporate market, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
Identify and target potential corporate clients, conducting thorough market research to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Home Appliances, Glass, Aluminium, Furniture products and services.
Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales initiatives.
Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
