Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any reputed University.

• 5 to 7 years

• Minimum 5 to 7 Years experience in Feed Mill, Cement or any other related manufacturing sector.

• Practical knowledge of safety parameters and administration of safety protocols.

• Trained/working knowledge of Total Productivity Management (TPM) & Lean Manufacturing.

• Focused on quality and process improvement.

• Plan, schedule and execute all kinds of preventive and breakdown maintenance in feed mill.

• Coordinate with production and purchase department to prepare maintenance plan and ensure spare parts availability.

• Prepare annual maintenance budget, provide schedule expenditure plan, track the budget over the year and ensure that all maintenance works are done within approved budget.

• Establish safety structure in feed mill as per guidelines of Occupational Safety Structure (OSS) and ensure it's effective implementation and utilization.

• Ensure all safety parameters are maintained during maintenance to reduce lost time accident and provide safety counseling to all staff.

• Ensure all operational data are recorded in ERP with accuracy and within stipulated time frame.

• Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
