Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5 to 7 Years experience in Feed Mill, Cement or any other related manufacturing sector.
Practical knowledge of safety parameters and administration of safety protocols.
Trained/working knowledge of Total Productivity Management (TPM) & Lean Manufacturing.
Focused on quality and process improvement.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, schedule and execute all kinds of preventive and breakdown maintenance in feed mill.
Coordinate with production and purchase department to prepare maintenance plan and ensure spare parts availability.
Prepare annual maintenance budget, provide schedule expenditure plan, track the budget over the year and ensure that all maintenance works are done within approved budget.
Establish safety structure in feed mill as per guidelines of Occupational Safety Structure (OSS) and ensure it's effective implementation and utilization.
Ensure all safety parameters are maintained during maintenance to reduce lost time accident and provide safety counseling to all staff.
Ensure all operational data are recorded in ERP with accuracy and within stipulated time frame.
