Job Responsibilities:
∎ MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
∎ Design and implement an HR Operations infrastructure that is scalable, agile and seamless, that eliminates unnecessary complexity and that will improve the efficiency, effectiveness and scalability of the end to end HR processes, enabling greater empathy.
∎ Design, implement and monitor Performance Management to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the Organization and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the Organization’s objectives.
∎ Design, implement and manage organization-wide performance training/capacity building for all levels of employees and management to drive for positive and measurable impact on the culture and performance of the Organization.
∎ Develop a short to mid-range plan focused on culture, engagement and organization change initiatives that align with the talent priorities and business needs.
∎ OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Lead and manage the day to day operational activities of the HR Operations team including HRIS management, enhancement and maintenance, process review and improvement, HR compliance, etc.
∎ Lead, manage and monitor the design, implementation and effective use of 360-degree feedback process; including the dissemination of individual reports and coordination of development discussions between managers and their staff.
∎ Ensure targeted communication and capacity building programs in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
∎ Assess organizational needs and develop fit-for-purpose solutions to increase team and organization effectiveness and drive systemic, cultural and leadership change across the business
∎ SUPERVISORY/ PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Provide leadership and coordination for Performance Management and improvement initiatives, ensuring their alignment to improving the Organization’s operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness; and ultimately evaluating the impact that these initiatives have on organizational performance.
∎ Work in liaison with key stakeholders e.g. budget, strategy and Human Resources Business Partners to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people’s day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and organizational performance.
∎ Oversee the employee engagement survey, including analyzing and recommending actions for the sector to build best culture, including supporting efforts to increase overall agility, empowerment and operational efficiency within the sector
∎ TEAM LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
∎ In collaboration with the entire HR team, drive a comprehensive review and mapping of existing HR processes and systems which will include identifying obstacles that are limiting success and developing best practice solutions to overcome these obstacles
∎ Design capacity development interventions and coordinate the implementation of learning programs and coaching activities to address areas of development (in liaison with Learning & Development team); in order to enhance the people management/performance management practice across the Organization
∎ STRATEGIC WORK:
∎ Develop and communicate the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems and tools of the people, culture & performance management unit.
∎ Keep the Senior Management(of the Organization )/reporting officer informed on critical issues concerning the implementation of the performance management process; make recommendations to Senior Management/reporting officer on key decisions points regarding this process; and seek for guidance from on critical issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position in any large conglomerate or multinational company.
∎ Good command over the computer, especially in MS Office / Internet & Email systems
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated for the role assigned.
∎ Should be dynamic with Interpersonal and excellent Communication Skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
