Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Business Administration from any reputed University
∎ PGDHRM preferably from BIM.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute operational strategy for HR & Admin department based on the vision and evolving strategic initiatives business plan.
∎ Ensure effective strategic manpower planning by maintaining a strategic talent acquisition and talent management process and ensure effective execution of succession plan at the factory end.
∎ Play the role of catalyst to ensure smooth and efficient factory operation.
∎ Prepare annual HR & Admin budget, ensure SOPS, Policies, and HR strategies and drive the organizational development process.
∎ Assess current and upcoming activities and design process flow or re-engineering the existing process flow to enhance and uphold employee productivity that motivates the workforce.
∎ Implement employee performance management system (PMS) & performance appraisal process on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
∎ Resolve disputes among employees, local political personnel, law enforcing and Govt. authorities by arranging counseling issues within compliance parameters.
∎ Maintain on-time monthly, quarterly employees’ turnover rate and take initiatives to improve the employee work environment.
∎ Assess, prepare and submit the periodic departmental reports to functional supervisors and also maintain factory-related registration and renewal of certificates updated.
∎ Coordinate training programs and analyze TNA among employees with the collaboration of the departmental head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The candidates should have at least 4 years experience in relevant field.
∎ Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management/ Development, Industrial/ Employee Relation, legal framework, and other relevant issues;
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill;
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practice
∎ Excellent management leadership skills, analytical skill, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
