Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA & MBA in Finance/Accounting from a reputed university.
∎ CMA partly qualified from ICMAB will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: ACA/ ACMA, Accounts and Finance, CMA part completed, Compliance Audit, Cost and budget, Financial Budget, Fund Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, bank reconciliation, Budgetary Control, Business Planning and Budgeting, CMA, Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Developer, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Budgetary Control
∎ Prepare and monitor overall master budget of different real estate projects to ensure financial control over projects' cost with team members.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly operational budget based on collection status as per company policy to ensure matching of fund inflow and outflow of the month.
∎ Analyze budget variances and inform to respective departments so that budgets can be projected and applied with more accuracy.

∎ Financial Reporting
∎ Prepare and review monthly and other periodic financial reporting as per accounting standards to submit the management to provide financial performance and position of the company.
∎ Review and evaluate chart of accounts and do necessary amendments and up gradation in necessary as when required.

∎ Cost & Financial Analysis
∎ Analyze the Project cost as per recorded financial information, allocating the general expenses among the projects with appropriate judgments and cost concepts.
∎ Collaborate with SCM dept. to improvise purchase and payment procedures in day to day operation.
∎ Inventory Management:
∎ Establishing the project level inventory of construction materials to incorporate financial impact in financial statements.
∎ Monitor Project's store keepers' day to day operations for establishing control mechanism to ensure effective control over inventory management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Functional Competencies: (Technical and Professional Knowledge and Skills for the Role)
∎ Sound knowledge in software-based accounting system
∎ Good Knowledge about BFRS, IAS & BAS
∎ MS Office Programs
∎ Working knowledge in tax and VAT law
∎ Planning skill
