Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily FM operations, ensuring uninterrupted service and quality control.
Coordinate apartment handovers to ensure timely, defect-free delivery.
Manage vendor contracts and manpower allocation to maintain service reliability.
Conduct regular compliance and safety checks (BMS, fire safety, elevators).
Handle client complaints promptly, enhancing satisfaction and service image.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly FM reports for performance tracking.
Implement SOPs and train teams to standardize service delivery.
Job Other Benifits:
Proven experience in Facilities Management, preferably in residential projects.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Knowledge of BMS, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
