∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Printing Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Printing Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Graphics, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Graphics
∎ Flexible for highly experienced person.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Related course will help
∎ Skills Required: Flexo Printing Machine Operation, Time reduction, wastage reduction
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Flexo Printing Machine.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious professional who wants to increase his knowledge in Flexo printing line working in a Manufacturing plant.
∎ Job Location will be in Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Certifications in Production Printing background will be the first priority.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in Flexo Printing Production & Operations.
∎ Flexo Printing production management, and waste and time reduction.
∎ Planning production to ensure optimization of the machine.
∎ Design as per customer requirement which will then be processed via the Flexo Printing machine.
∎ Supervise & guide the Operators, Helpers, and other Production Workers.
∎ Production improvement with lean manufacturing.
∎ Monitor and ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure in-time production.
∎ Result & detailed oriented.
∎ Good communication, organizing, and analytical skills.
∎ Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using the Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
∎ Any other Job as and when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong e-mail communication.
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and Pivot Table.
∎ Creative problem-solving skills.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.
