Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land and Legal, Land Documentation, Land Law, Legal Affairs
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising conduct relating to land registration, mutation, verification, etc.
∎ Taking the initiative to secure the company's asset by ensuring safe possession
∎ Unite and lead a team, assess their abilities, engage them to get the work done, review their grievances, etc.
∎ Manage and update the Group's land database;
∎ Communicate with the sellers, landowners and collect documents from them and send those to the Head of the estate for further action
∎ Ensure proper liaison with AC, DC, ULO, and other Government offices;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Good at reporting & presentation
∎ Problem solving attitude
∎ Tough time player
∎ Loyalty and Dedication towards assigned responsibilities
∎ Self motivated, proactive and self initiator
