• The applicant should have at least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation (Logic Software).

• Must have knowledge of technical applications, operating systems and application software.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Oversee Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) development process, quality assurance, including part-by-part testing, before & after implementation.

• Prepare schedule plan for ERP implementation and training.

• Analyze compatibility of ERP with business process and identify change requirement in developed ERP.

• Receive requirements of change or new development in ERP
  Consult with Programmers about user recommendations and conduct performance & functional testing of any change or development in ERP.

• Implement new development and modifications in ERP.

• Ensure timely solution and delivery of development within the shortest possible time.

• Train up end users on the working process, input & reporting process of ERP.

• Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
