Responsibilities & Context:
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Chaldal, own website, and other online channels).
Ensure product listing accuracy, pricing, stock availability, and content optimization across all platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales, stock movement, and campaign results.
Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies in coordination with marketing teams.
Maintain relationships with e-commerce partners and ensure proper visibility, placement, and campaign execution.
