∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement, commercial work, checking of all e-mail & reply of email, opening of required L/C, retirement of original documents, clearing of consignment from seaports, airports, etc.
∎ Checking of all e-mail from factory end & outside of Bangladesh- raw, packing, spare parts suppliers for quotation, L/C opening, PSI, documents purposes.
∎ Arranging of fund from finance department.
∎ Communicate with factory-end for stock position & requirement of import item.
∎ Completion of formalities for opening of L/C such as fill up the L/C application form.
∎ Drafting of correspondence letter, office note, and e-mail.
∎ Retirement of original documents from bank, clearing of consignment from seaports, airports, etc.
∎ Meeting with different bank for opening of L/C & retirement of original documents.
∎ Consultation with financial consultant & arranging of fund from finance department for retirement of L/C documents &duty purpose for clearing the consignment for different part.
∎ Meeting with different bank for opening of L/C & retirement of original documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience to customs, Bond, BIDA and Government organizations.
∎ Vast experience in import related task.
∎ C&F, Freight forwarding experience is essential.
