Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and managing business reports using BI tools, preferable by MS Power BI.
∎ Integrate BI tools with EPR to generate reports in a graphical view.
∎ Collaborating with team members/ departments for the purpose of collecting and managing data.
∎ Creating and maintaining documentation that includes requirements, design and solutions for record.
∎ Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the reporting system of the organization for efficiency and profitability.
∎ Utilize company resources for data accuracy.
∎ Generate weekly and monthly reports to identify business trend.
∎ Ensure subordinate staffs are well informed, on-task and trained.
∎ Train new user on related software/ applications.
