BBA/MBA/Masters in Marketing/Post Graduation in any relevant subject.

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Minimum 4-8 years’ experience in land procurement of any reputed real estate company

• Have experience to procure high ended residential & commercial projects for premium customers

• Excellent communication skills

• In depth knowledge of land related documents

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
