∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Graphics Design, Strong in Excel and Power Point

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branding, Marketing, PMD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Product Strategies, improve Brand Positioning and Volume Management.
∎ Design, Deliver and Measure highly effective Integrated of Campaign
∎ Idea generation for product positioning based on portfolio gap analysis.
∎ Business case preparation for Products - long term and short term.
∎ Brand value proposition & Portfolio alignment.
∎ Proper Forecasting as per Organizational need.
∎ Promotional activities
∎ Product expansion/campaign.
∎ Implement promotional activities followed by Sales forecast, and presentation for the sales team.
∎ Post Campaign analysis and report.
∎ Prepare static and dynamic content for social media advertisement.
∎ Tracking field force activity throughout the digital platform.
∎ Analysis customers business progression, feedback and result sharing and publish, Promo-materials, planning, distribution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience on Brand Management , Agri-business personnel will be get preference
∎ Knowledgeable in area of Social media and web strategy.
∎ Degree in Marketing or related business qualification.
∎ Collaboration with the Key business partner ( Sales team, Supply chain, Finance and Regulatory) to develop program strategies.
∎ Analytical Skill, Strong in Excel and Power Point
∎ Product Placement Tactics by closely work with Sales team.
∎ Product Life Cycle Management.
∎ Pricing and pack size finalization, Packaging artwork preparation.
∎ A&P and other communication preparation and presentation.
