Responsibilities & Context:

• Responsible for overall management of Dealer Operation.

• Plan, implement and manage Dealer Operation activities.

• Provide day to day Dealer Operation services to all the departments relating to Sales, i.e Accounts & Finance, Banking, Internal Control & Sales Audit etc.

• Maintain updated and accurate records of all dealer documents and correspondence.

• Strengthening of Credit management activities. Timely Credit realization and necessary arrangement for overdue.

• Assist Head of Sales on day to day and strategic company business issue regarding dealer channel.

• Coordinate with Dhaka Office & other Sales Center to smooth operation of Sales.

• Ensure Dealer & Sales team incentive on the basis of achievement quantity & value.

• Responsible for the activity of Dealers for maximum achievement of volume, value and profitability of designated geographical area.

• Conveyed the daily reports on time essential.

• Any other assignment given by the management from time to time
