Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make cut plan after checking production plan.
∎ Follow up with team regarding cutting plan
∎ Resolved day to day cutting issue.
∎ Consult with warehouse, PMC about problem & solved it.
∎ Arrange necessary equipment for smooth cutting.
∎ Collect necessary information for incoming style.
∎ Communicate with sewing manager /officer to fulfill their requirement.
∎ Consult with IQC regarding quality issue of cut panel
∎ Communicate with related department to ensure smooth cutting.
∎ Follow-up compliance issue of cutting floor.
∎ Achieving target by motivating the workers.
∎ Follow-up of cutting & 2nd process issue.
