Experience:
Strong knowledge of cutting methods, fabric behavior, markers, and consumption.
Hands-on experience with spreading & cutting machines (manual or automated).
Ability to lead teams and manage high-volume production.
Assist the Cutting Manager in daily planning, scheduling, and execution of cutting operations.
Review cutting markers, lay plans, and fabric requirements to minimize wastage.
Maintain the SOP of Cutting.
Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
Co-ordinate with merchandising & sewing team for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.
Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Daily Work.
Maintain strict quality control to reduce defects, shade variations, and fabric mismatches.
Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise & Ensure Numbering is made actually.
Line input shall be given as per Order - Plan - Cut. Any other task assigned by the Management.
Track fabric consumption, wastage, and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per Consumption.
