Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
∎ The highest priority will be given to the professionals who have Tranzware (CPlus) Card Management System experiences related to CMS, TW Online, PG, MG, ACS, Card Factory etc.
∎ Fair knowledge of PCI & ISO requirements.
∎ Demonstrated track record for project delivery within time, budget and quality.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pro-active, eager in coming up with innovative ideas to either enhance and improve the user experience of CMS, ATMs, POS, E-ECOM, QR and other cards related functions.
∎ Analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
∎ Ability to work with teams to resolve issues and arrive at appropriate solutions.
∎ Manage users/ management’s expectations effectively and recognize issues/events which may affect delivery.
∎ Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents as well as getting the sign off from the appropriate client.
∎ Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
∎ Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
∎ Understands technical design specifications.
∎ Defines test conditions (accurate and complete test plans) and leads testing efforts (ensuring testing is done according to plan).
∎ Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios to validate preliminary results.
∎ Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
∎ Level 1 to 3 system support, troubleshooting and providing solutions for the Level 1 to 3 support team.
∎ Assist the project manager/ PMO in implementation, progress reports, plans, scoping and vendor management.
∎ Required liaison with third party Vendors.
∎ Adhere to the banks established procedures, policies and guidelines.
∎ Pursue any other related activities as directed by superiors.
∎ Continuously updated on E-payment technologies & card schemes (VISA, MC, UPI, NPSB & others).
∎ Manage & administrate Card Management Systems, eCommerce Payment Gateway, ACS PG CSR certificate issuance/renewal, Visa Mastercard UPI simulators, Web programming(Java, PHP, HTML, XML),customizations, operations and related supports.
∎ Overall management of eCommerce systems, time to time update, maintain security standard, integrations with Merchants, technical collaborations with 3rd parties e.g. vendors, merchants, payment partners etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 3-6 years of experience managing/ developing/ implementing or supporting Debit/Credit Card/ Payment Gateway acquiring and issuing.
∎ Knowledge of Payment Schemes VISA,MC, UnionPay & NPSB etc
∎ Knowledge of banking requirements, concept & core banking
∎ Experience in one or more card management systems in various module of debit/credit cards, fraud management, related collection management, customizations and technical administrations.
∎ Experience in eCommerce Payment Gateway Management, Administrations, Integrations management.
∎ Experience in Visa/MC/Union pay Base I (Authorization) & II(Clearing & Settlement), SMS/DMS, ISO8583
∎ Experience in ATM Machines – NDC and DDC protocols
∎ Experience in E-commerce EMV 3DS server, ACS, Stunnel, SSL, EV3
∎ Experience in Debit/Prepaid and Credit Card Management Systems
∎ Experience in NAC, HSM & cryptography.
∎ Technical background in EMV Smartcard technology Acquiring and Issuing including certifications.
∎ Experience in Visa Edit Package, MasterCard File Express.
∎ Experience in Acquiring & issuing Visa, Mastercard and UPI simulators including FIME, UL, Barnes tools etc
