Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Corporate Sales and Marketing for Cards, CMS, Switch, PG and other Banking related IT Products & Solutions and lead business account management.
∎ Responsible for business and marketing activities of the Card business of the company and make recommendations for setting company's strategy, roadmap and plans.
∎ Responsible for Develop & implement comprehensive sales plan and strategic marketing plan for partner solutions and services and work with various product groups (Cards, CMS, Switch, PG, Compliance, Certification, etc.) for banks and FIs.
∎ Guide and develop new business partnerships and strategic alliance activities with value partners and systematic planning for media buying, media monitoring and ensure cost effective implementation across all appropriate communication channels and tools.
∎ Analyze, design and implement card management solutions for different module (i.e. Debit/ Credit/Prepaid) and Switch according to the bank requirements.
∎ Manage cards operation of client/member banks. Manage cards life cycle, accounting
∎ policies, schemes (debit/credit), transactions categories, and reconciliation/settlement.
∎ Provide Training on CMS & Switching systems to the newly joined banks.
∎ Manage centralized support with different service units consists of Card Systems module- CMS, Switching, payment network, delivery channels- ATM, POS, m POS, QR, Online, SMS, etc.
∎ Manage configuration of different Merchant (Including ecommerce) and alternative delivery channel (i.e. ATM/POS/QR) at Card systems host.
∎ Guide/assist to client/member bank for newly launched product/different operational
∎ activities under host payment system.
∎ Provide full assistance and give guidelines for dispute management under the network.
∎ Analyze and design user requirements of various projects (Issuing/Acquiring) and
∎ prepare Business Requirements Document.
∎ Collect Alternate Delivery Channel (ADC) business requirements from Banks and Financial Institutes and implement them.
∎ Develop business plans and implement marketing strategy, corporate brand strategy in line with company's vision and values.
∎ Responsible for coach the sales and marketing team for generating new ideas and innovations.
∎ Responsible for sales and marketing team for conceptualizing and executing cluster campaigns and events for client's acquisition and increasing product penetration.
∎ Responsible for business development activities which will directly increase the brand values and achieve product marketing objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiar with card business
∎ Skilled in networking and relationship building as a means of learning and influencing change
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
∎ Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
∎ Excellent writing, presentation and public speaking skills
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email
∎ Have prior working experience in IT enable Service Company.
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners.
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline.
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking and compliant with business ethics.
