∎ Operational Management: Oversee and manage the delivery operations, ensuring a seamless order-handling process by customer service agents.
∎ Rider Team Coordination: Supervise the rider team to ensure efficient food delivery, address operational challenges, and ensure high delivery standards.
∎ Recruitment and Training: Develop and maintain a continuous recruitment process for riders, ensuring adequate staffing to meet business demands.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and rider performance.
∎ Reporting and Analysis: Track operational metrics and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
