Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline or MBA major in Marketing from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including Online and Social Media.
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
∎ Co-ordinating the launch program to external customers as well as employees.
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" and maintain product branding.
∎ Content/ Article writing in English for Websites, Blogs, News and guest posts sites.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
∎ Develop innovative growth strategies.
∎ Manage a large team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ At least 4-5 years demonstrable marketing experience in a similar environment including 3 years' experience in an Advertisement Agency.
∎ Activation Management, Brand Communication, Copy writing/ Script Writing, Documentation, Event/ Campaign Coordination, Media Planning/ Media Buying.
∎ Possesses Brand awareness - a clear understanding of Brands and the Marketing Mix.
