Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferably in Business or Art
∎ Design Skills: Must be skilled in the following design applications
∎ Adobe illustrator
∎ Adobe Photoshop
∎ Adobe Premiere
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should design and develop graphics/motion videos according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Adequate knowledge of generation overall print material design concept.
∎ Managing So
∎ Develop marketing & branding communication materials.
∎ Design and execute different marketing campaigns and promotions.
∎ Oversee Digital Marketing campaigns.
∎ Working with external vendors to ensure maximum Outdoor Branding.
∎ Regular field visits to find out the scope for Outdoor Branding.
∎ Collecting market intelligence data from the market, analysis, and reporting.
∎ Monitoring timely installation of shop-signs, stand signs, shop paint, project board, wall paint and billboard, Neon sign, etc.
∎ Conduct Marketing Research to check Brand health and TOM share of each brand.
∎ Working with dealers, retailers, engineers & masons for brand awareness and outdoor branding.
∎ Event management and execution for yearly program closer, working closely with third party event management firms for developing and execution of the events
∎ Managing Social & Digital Media
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have own artistic vision.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in digital marketing
∎ Experience in advertising agency will get added value.
∎ Must have working experience in MS Office Applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
∎ Must be fluent in English & Bengali
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be extremely Collaborative.
