Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market and consumer research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and the behavior of Bengal Meat’s brands’ target consumers.
∎ Identify how Bengal Meat brand is currently positioned in the market.
∎ Based on market and consumer research and company’s resourcing capability, assist in developing a cost-effective brand strategy and ensure that the strategy is being consistently applied in marketing interventions
∎ Develop custom brand management plan for each assigned sales channel and product category·
∎ Draft marketing campaign brief for the concerned agencies to ensure the campaign is designed to achieve the desired brand and sales objectives.
∎ Serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for assigned sales channel and product category. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, online, social media, broadcast, POS etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships etc·
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs and share learning with the brand and sales team.
∎ Brief sales team about new campaign objectives, execution plans and product’s positioning and USP.
∎ Deal with trademark related activities as assigned
∎ Maintain strong relationship with agency partners and vendors to get critical input on how product development and marketing interventions can be improved.
