∎ Oversee and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
∎ Assist in managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring all team members align with operational goals.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
∎ Manage City Kebab and Café’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
∎ Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, and stories, to promote the restaurant's offerings.
∎ Take high-quality pictures and videos of menu items, the restaurant’s ambiance, and events.
∎ Collaborate on marketing and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
∎ Maintain and promote hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards within the restaurant.
∎ Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality is preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
∎ Proficiency in photography and videography, with a creative eye for capturing and presenting food and ambiance.
∎ Ability to create and edit social media reels and videos.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
