Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare architectural concept design and detailed working drawings and specifications. prepare 3D model of the specific project.
Update/Prepare as built drawing time to time that ensuring all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards and factory compliance.
Working as a team member with engineers and other professionals to prepare plan, elevation and working drawing that meet their requirements.
Prepare technical documents such as project proposal, project schedule and related works.
Co-ordinate with consultant and suppliers to collect machineries load data, Process drawing.
Visit projects to check the proper execution of on-going construction works with intimation to site engineer as per drawings .
Build network and work closely with Contractor, Consultant & Report to higher management regularly.
Vast knowledge on Auto CAD, 3D Max with V-Ray render & Adobe Photoshop, Art, Sketch & MS office
