• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture

• At least 8 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Prepare architectural concept design and detailed working drawings and specifications. prepare 3D model of the specific project.

• Update/Prepare as built drawing time to time that ensuring all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards and factory compliance.

• Working as a team member with engineers and other professionals to prepare plan, elevation and working drawing that meet their requirements.

• Prepare technical documents such as project proposal, project schedule and related works.

• Co-ordinate with consultant and suppliers to collect machineries load data, Process drawing.

• Visit projects to check the proper execution of on-going construction works with intimation to site engineer as per drawings .

• Build network and work closely with Contractor, Consultant & Report to higher management regularly.

• Vast knowledge on Auto CAD, 3D Max with V-Ray render & Adobe Photoshop, Art, Sketch & MS office
