Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Specialization in fisheries/aquaculture with 5 years of experience in aquaculture management, fish health, or a related field.
∎ At Least 3 years’ consecutive experience specifically in fisheries field.
∎ At least more than 1 year of experience as team leader/supervisor/head
∎ Strong leadership
∎ Team Management
∎ Analytical and communication skills.
∎ Self-Motivated
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Product Development and Marketing-Strong understanding of product design, launching, and promotional strategies.
∎ Manage the team, segregate and provide the work and responsibilities among the member along the team player attitude.
∎ Lead field and sales teams and conduct training on aquaculture best practices.
∎ Supervise hatchery/nursery operations, product management, and R&D for improvements.
∎ Analyze production/sales data, ensure inventory control, and maintain regulatory compliance.
∎ Engage with farmers, regulators, and clients; resolve complaints and promote sustainability.
∎ Monitor fish health, diagnose diseases, and ensure water quality compliance.
∎ Support sales with technical expertise and expand dealer networks.
