Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell apartments from Doreen Development’s ongoing and upcoming projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Conduct property visits and presentations for potential buyers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Provide feedback and market insights to management regarding competitors and market trends.
Ensure smooth completion of sales documentation and handover process.
