Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Agriculture from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for planning and implementing profitable agricultural projects in lands owned by the company.
∎ Plan and execute profitable operation and expansion of existing projects of the company such as dairy farm, paddy, mustard, and vegetable plantations.
∎ Plan and implement proposed cattle fattening and breeding farm of the company.
∎ Direct crop production operations, such as planning, tilling, planting, fertilizing, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting with help of assistants and labors.
∎ Inspect fields to determine crop maturity or condition or to detect disease or insect infestation.
∎ Monitor activities, such as irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, milking, breeding, or grading, to ensure adherence to safety regulations or standards.
∎ Plan crop activities based on factors such as crop maturity or weather conditions.
∎ Maintain financial, operational, production records for farms.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 Years in any well-established agricultural company/farm with knowledge in both crop harvesting and livestock farming.

Salary: Negotiable
