Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain accounting transactions records, creditors and debtors control and other related accounting activities
∎ Analyze and prepare a weekly and monthly operation budget and provide a fund requisition
∎ Clear knowledge about TAX, Income TAX, and VAT, the latest accounting laws and procedures and the Company Act
∎ Ensure all necessary TAX & VAT deductions from various sources & deposit with the appropriate govt. authority
∎ Within the time limit including submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation
∎ Ensuring submission of other returns and statements as required by TAX authority and collection of different certificates, registrations, licenses etc.
∎ Stay updated with VAT regulations and ensure compliance with the VAT laws of the assigned circle
∎ Maintain and keep up-to-date list of the company documents RJRC, MOA, MOU etc. with licenses and certificates
∎ Prepare and file tax assessments and returns as per the requirements set by the NBR
∎ Deal with the auditors, bankers, external advisers, investors and other representative bodies, trade associations, Government departments and other regulatory authorities
∎ Check stock status and variation cash book and status of physical cash, all kinds of challan and cash summary
∎ Manages day-to-day accounting invoicing, cash management and internal financial reporting by Accounting Software/ ERP
∎ Prepare a periodical financial budget and implement proper budgetary control
