Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct lab testing according to the customer manual standards to ensure test accuracy of the lab report.
Maintaining the latest version of customer testing manual to meet the accuracy of test results.
Conduct the validation of portal information by - verification of supplier data, shade verification through spectrophotometer reading (Delta E), validation of physical/chemical test reports and inspection reports, to make an informed decision.
Conduct regular meetings with internal teams to communicate the relevant information & status
Conduct fact-based real-time problem solving to avoid raw material related issues to minimise the noises.
Engage with the PPA (PDRA/DRA/Integration, PP, Pilot) process and assist identifying potential risks to minimize raw material noises at the needle point.
Involve in resolving raw material quality related noises in real time basis to meet customer standard for continues production process.
Engage inhouse raw material inspection to ensure the raw materials are comply with customer specifications and standards.
Highlight & communicate raw material related quality issues with supplier & development teams to meet customer quality standard and continuation of the production.
Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.
As part of the accreditation team, undergo training on an on-going basis and conduct annual lab correlations to obtain/maintain accreditation and ensure continuity in certifications.
Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required
standards.
Ensure all lab equipment are calibrated/serviced as per schedule in order to facilitate the continues accurate operation of the equipment
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
