China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), engaged in the Toll Collection and Software Operation of the Jamuna Bridge, is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Assistant Software/Hardware Engineer.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware components used in the Toll Collection System, including lane controllers, RFID readers, ANPR cameras, Doom Camera, loop detectors, barriers, sensors, and networking devices.
• Support the design, assembly, and testing of IoT and networking hardware that integrates with toll lane equipment and central control systems.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault analysis to ensure uninterrupted lane operations and real-time toll processing.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, and network teams to ensure smooth hardware–software integration across toll booth devices, servers, and communication modules.
• Participate in prototype evaluation, field testing, and performance optimization of tolling hardware and communication systems.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including test logs, installation guides, wiring diagrams, system reports, and regulatory compliance checklists.
• Ensure that all tolling hardware installations follow industry safety standards, electrical guidelines, and network compliance requirements.
• Provide on-site support to resolve hardware issues quickly and maintain high system availability across toll plazas.
• Stay updated on emerging IoT hardware, networking technologies, communication protocols, and sensor systems relevant to modern toll collection solutions.
• Possessing CCNA certification/Training will be considered an added advantage.
