Assist the General Manager in overall management and operations.
Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
Maintain strict quality control of all concrete products.
Monitor factory performance and implement process improvements.
Support sales and marketing teams in achieving business targets.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Explore new market opportunities and expand business growth.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and ensure cost control.
Prepare operational and financial performance reports.
Lead, guide, and motivate departmental heads and staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Promote a safe, secure, and healthy workplace environment.
Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow.
Identify training needs and support employee skill development.
Regularly report progress, challenges, and opportunities to top management.
