Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation
∎ Preferably MBA in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have working experience as Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager in a renowned Plastic Household and Furniture manufacturing industry
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly planning with yearly budgeting
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve continuous effective sales target.
∎ Formulate monthly sales meeting, area meeting and evaluate field forces performance.
∎ Arrange training to build up professionalism, skill and knowledge.
∎ Develop proper forecasting plan and inventory management in the depot and customer level.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and to develop people
∎ Build strong network in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers, or any other activities and provide strategic guideline for tapping new market.
∎ Visit regularly external customers i.e. distributors and all level of customer to get regular and situation oriented support.
∎ Resolve all sales related issues and problem risen from market by coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments.
∎ Be determined to achieve own goal along with the organizational goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required in Plastic Household and Furniture Sales and Marketing
∎ Have organizational & time management skills
∎ Must be pleasant, honest & good team player
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and challenge.
