Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management
∎ MBA/ M.Com in HRM/ Management from any Govt. Approved University.
∎ PGDHRM/ Professional Degree in Human Resources Management Qualified will be given highly preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR operations and Administration, Human Resources & Development, Plant HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. Provide guidance and support to the executive team in areas such as talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
∎ Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Ensure that candidates meet the company's standards and values.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and transparent manner.
∎ Identify training needs, develop training programs, and ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
∎ Manage administrative functions, including office facilities, supplies, and equipment. Ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes.
∎ Implement security protocols and safety measures to protect employees and company assets.
∎ Develop and manage the HR & Admin Departmental budget effectively.
∎ Administer payroll and benefits.
∎ Work with other departments to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Vast knowledge productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Proven experience in HR and administrative leadership roles.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
∎ High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.
