Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. To monitor the Electricians work & cleanliness of all machines after completing the production.
∎ 2. To keep all instruments safe and to check the same workable.
∎ 3. Ensure schedule maintenance & preventive maintenance with proper documentation as per production requirements.
∎ 4. Ensure Emergency lighting System, Hydrant system, sprinkler system, fog light, Exit light Etc.
∎ 5. Responsible for leading teams in providing repair and testing services on a broad range of rotating electrical equipment including large and/or complicated AC/DC equipment, such as power generators.
∎ 6. Job activities include dismantling, reassembling, rewinding, repairing and testing of individual mechanical and electrical components and fully assembled.
∎ 7. Will direct qualified teams of technicians as well as provide technical guidance & direction.
∎ 8. Must be able to formulate weekly and monthly plans for electrical work in the factory.
