Job Responsibilities:
∎ STRATEGY & PLANNING:
∎ Establish ICT Departmental goals, objectives & operating procedures.
∎ Participate in strategic & operational governance processes of the business organizations as a member of the management.
∎ Lead ICT strategic & operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing ICT initiatives & coordinating the evaluation, deployment & management of current & future ICT systems like ERP Software/ Server Development across the organization.
∎ Develop and maintain an appropriate ICT organizational structure that supports the needs of the business.
∎ Identify opportunities for the appropriate & cost-effective investment of financial resources in ICT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing & in-house development.
∎ Assess & communicate risks associated with ICT investments.
∎ Develop, track & control the information technology annual operating & capital budgets.
∎ Develop business case justifications & cost/benefit analyses for ICT spending and initiatives.
∎ Direct in the development & execution of enterprise-wide disaster recovery & business continuity plans.
∎ Assess & make recommendations on the improvement or re-engineering of the ICT Department.
∎ ACQUISITION & DEPLOYMENT:
∎ Coordinate & facilitate consultation with company management to define procedure & systems requirements for new technology implementations.
∎ Approve, prioritize & control projects & the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development & installation of major information systems.
∎ Review hardware & software acquisition & maintenance contracts & pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale.
∎ Define & communicate corporate plans, policies & standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating ICT systems.
∎ OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT:
∎ Day-to-day responsibility for the running, maintenance, updating & security of the overall Factory/Head Office Information System application, Network System & other software.
∎ Vast knowledge is needed and managing ERP systems & administration.
∎ Ensure continuous delivery of ICT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of ICT systems performance.
∎ Ensure ICT system operation adheres to applicable laws & regulations.
∎ Establish lines of control for current & proposed information systems.
∎ Keep current with trends & issues in the ICT Department including current technologies & prices to share opinions, counsel & in training executives and management on their competitive or financial impact.
∎ Promote and oversee strategic relationships between internal IT resources & external entities.
∎ Supervise recruitment, development, retention & organization of all ICT staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives & personnel policies.
∎ Application Support (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook 365 etc.), Printer & Network Support, maintaining Video Conference System, DVR Server, PBX System, PC-Printer-Scanner-Fingerprint-Facial-Biometric Device Troubleshooting etc and close liaison with all of the Department/SBU.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready to do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
