Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building the business within the territory using variety of sales techniques.
∎ Forecast demand and achieve sales target.
∎ Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunitiees to build business.
∎ Chasing sales leads from other members of the company.
∎ Working closely with other territory sales managers ,DSM or FO.
∎ s for sales.
∎ Arranging meetings with potential customers and selling product offerings.
∎ Cold calling companies within the territory and establishing needs.
∎ Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development.
∎ Working to revenue targets and KPI's as set by the company
∎ Networking in the territory and building relationships.
∎ Attending relevant industry events and conferencPutting together sales strategies to target large accounts.
∎ Keeping update with industry news to identify opportunities for new business.
∎ Manage the credit with due receivables as per company policy.
∎ Developing a balanced dealer network and recruit new dealers..
∎ Reporting on all sorts of market competitors activities.
∎ Attaining category /SKU wise monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensuring Field force performance proactively conduct appraisal regularly.
∎ allocation of credit with due diligence.
∎ Filtration of non- performing channel partners periodically.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer related issues and complaints.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management time to time .
∎ Establishes reasonable sales goals for a company based upon current market trends .
∎ Lead a marketing & Sales team of electrical products with the goal to achieve the target.
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & market as well as new sales opportunities .
∎ To prepare planning & execute accordingly to expand the market
∎ To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies.
∎ Preparing report for management e.g. Sales report, Sales forecast, Target setup, market analysis etc.
