∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Post Graduation in Business Management/Administration from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Sales.
∎ Make strategy to dominate the market & to collect market data.
∎ Conduct promotional activities like Event with Home Owners/Masons/Engineer's/ Architect's and other targeted group.
∎ Achieve the sales target as per Sales plan.
∎ Motivate and develop team member's for better performance.
∎ Ensure to maximize the potential Retailers & Dealers.
∎ Develop the area for Retailers/Dealers keeping company business interest in mind .
∎ Increase the turnover.
∎ Regular follow up of sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 7 years experience on cement Sales .
∎ Solid experience in Cement Marketing with top level position is preferred.
∎ Target & result oriented.
∎ Should have strong communication skill (both written and spoken English).
∎ Hardworking, Dedicated, Responsible & Presentable.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Planning & organizing skill.
∎ Self-motivated & flexible.
Salary: Negotiable
