Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
∎ Management of agency budget in coordination with the Managing Director.
∎ Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
∎ Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor Sales & Marketing activities to achieve continuous effective Market target.
∎ Formulate monthly meeting, area meeting and evaluate field force's performance.
∎ Develop proper forecasting plan and inventory management in the depot and customer level.
∎ Assist Managing Director in creating an annual organizational budget and monitoring cash flow.
∎ Administering payroll and employee benefits and organizational insurance.
∎ Ensure that Accounting Department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and to develop people.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers, or any other activities and provide strategic guideline for tapping new market.
∎ Resolve all sales related issues and problem arising from market by coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments.
∎ Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
∎ Drive initiatives in the management team and the organization that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
∎ Providing consulting services on matters related to fundraising, tax and insurance questions, and business structure and growth.
∎ Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy.
∎ Serve as primary liaison to legal counsel in addressing legal issues, e.g. copyright, antitrust, governing instruments, partnerships, licensing etc.
∎ Be determined to achieve own goals along with the organizational goal. Engage the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies..
∎ Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development.
∎ Be well-informed about market developments, the competitor's activities and provide feedback to the management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Knowledge of government contract management and Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
∎ Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
∎ Have organizational & time management skills.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be given based on experience.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
