Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop a strategic vision for the plaza, considering market demand, location advantages, and long-term sustainability.
  • Coordinate various teams such as architects, engineers, contractors, and legal experts to ensure the maximum utilization of the plaza spaces and enhance customer exthe project stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Work closely with architects and designers to create an attractive and functional layout that maximizes space utilization and enhances customer experience.
  • Identify and negotiate with potential tenants to lease space within the plaza, ensuring a diverse mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for construction, leasing, and ongoing operational expenses.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract tenants and customers to the plaza, including advertising campaigns and promotional events.
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance and operations of the plaza to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment for tenants and visitors.
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants to address any issues or concerns and foster a collaborative and supportive business environment.
  • Implement sustainable practices and technologies to reduce the plaza's environmental footprint and operating costs.
