• Experience in feed mill raw materials / agro commodities / industrial trading.

• Strong network with feed mills & agro-industrial buyers.

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills with leadership capability.

• Ability to manage high-value transactions and pressure situations.

• Academic background in Business, Agriculture or related field preferred.

• Develop and execute marketing & sales strategies for animal & poultry feed raw materials.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with feed mills and B2B customers nationwide.

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen our market presence.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.

• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Coordinate with sourcing, supply chain and finance teams for seamless operations.

• Ensure proper and timely payment collection from customers and maintain credit discipline.

• Prepare periodic performance and market analysis reports for management.
