Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC,ITP,Preferred Professional Certification: ICMA, ACCA, ICAB

Job Responsibilities:
∎ TAX RELATED:
∎ Preparation of company wise annual corporate tax basis financial statements.
∎ Preparation of company wise annual corporate tax return.
∎ Computation of taxable Income of employees & TDS calculation.
∎ Preparation of director's personal tax return.
∎ Submission of personal return & assessment of personal return.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of income tax related issues and tax planning.
∎ Preparation of proper documentation for return submission and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate.
∎ Liaising and maintaining all tax related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain tax benefits.
∎ Maintaining relation between tax consultant & company management about tax related issues.
∎ Assisting to all accounts department for tax related issues.
∎ Preparation documents for tax appeal, hearing, or assessment purpose as per tax advisor requirement.
∎ Monitoring deduction of tax at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time.
∎ Preparation of tax plan to enjoy all benefits, credits, exemptions etc. available under the law.
∎ Completion of audit to be conducted by different authorities on time to time.
∎ Other tax related activities as per management requirements.
∎ VAT RELATED:
∎ Preparation of company wise VAT return.
∎ Monthly VAT return submission to VAT Office online and hard copy.
∎ Maintaining communication with VAT Office.
∎ Ensuring Issuance of Tax Invoice (Mushak-6.3) at every sales point.
∎ Monitoring & assisting to all accounts department for VAT related works.
∎ Developing and maintaining financial accounting systems for taxation.
∎ Overall vast knowledge in VAT related matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have 5-7 years working experience in the field of tax & VAT department.
∎ Must have experience in - Appeal, Tribunal, Hearing.
∎ Require comprehensive knowledge of tax (personal and company) & VAT.
∎ Must have knowledge of new Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012.
∎ Ability to work in account software environment.
∎ Ability to analyze data & organize documents/records.
∎ Excellent computer and software skills.
∎ Experience to conduct different type of training to the departmental personnel for skill development.
∎ The applicant should have the experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Manufacturing and group of companies only.
