Education:

- Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing
Master’s / MBA in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration from any reputed University.
BBA background will also be considered.
Technical or Engineering background will be an added advantage.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
Sound knowledge of paper grades, specifications and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a team effectively.
Must be target-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system operations.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Paper / Printing / Packaging / Industrial products.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales targets through effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing strategies for paper products (Offset, Printing, Writing, Newsprint and Industrial Grade Paper).
Explore new business opportunities, build customer networks and expand the dealer/distributor base.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, customer needs and market potential.
Prepare sales forecasts, market reports and business analysis for management review.
Assist top management in developing pricing strategies, promotional plans and credit policies.
Coordinate closely with the Production, Supply Chain and Accounts departments to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs and customer meetings to promote brand awareness.
Monitor payment collection and ensure proper credit control as per company policy.
