Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s in Fire & Safety Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.

• Professional certifications in Fire Safety/ Health & Safety will be an added advantage.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Group of Companies

• Strong knowledge of national and international fire safety codes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies efficiently.

• Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks across all units of the Group.

• Ensure adherence to BNBC, NFPA standards, Fire Service & Civil Defense regulations, and other statutory requirements.

• Conduct regular fire risk assessments, hazard analysis, and safety audits.

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, alarms, detectors).

• Design and lead fire drills, evacuation plans, and employee training programs.

• Investigate fire-related incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

• Liaise with government regulatory bodies, RSC, fire service authorities, and emergency responders.

• Monitor and manage fire safety budgets, resources, and manpower.

• Build and promote a strong fire safety culture within the organization.
