Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an innovative, participating, enthusiastic and objective oriented Industrial Engineering team to work in alignment with productivity and quality goals
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency
∎ Estimate production cost and participate/lead in management review, action, and control
∎ Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products ensuring optimum utilization of resources
∎ Regulate and maintain workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, order quantity, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities and implement quick changeover technique
∎ Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost
∎ Design visual SOPs for each and every operation, working procedures, quality standards etc.
∎ Define/lead/participate in short and long term improvement projects as part of continuous improvement initiatives
∎ Create and maintain a continuous improvement culture to confront challenges emerging from customer demand, marketing trend and working environment
∎ Other job related regular and on demand responsibilities as assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Knowledge on Work Study - Must
∎ Knowledge on Point and Flow Kaizen
∎ Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing
∎ Knowledge on PMTS-Preferable
∎ Know how on ERP/SAP or similar tools- preferable
∎ Strong analytical Skill
