∎ General computer office application and proficiency in design drawing (SLD, ELD, etc.) through AutoCAD software is mandatory.
∎ The candidate should have excellent leadership qualities.
∎ Must have practical experience and sound knowledge of RSC audits of Electrical Safety & Fire Safety.
∎ The applicants should have Electrical Maintenance Experience in the following area(s): Cutting, Sewing, Knitting, Dyeing, Dyeing Finishing, Printing, Embroidery, Utility, Substations.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Composite factory, Textile, RMG

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Boiler, WTP, Compressor, Utility machinery and substations.
∎ Report to the Plant head for all sorts of technical issues related to Electrical, Power generation & utility services.
∎ Perform maintenance on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems.
∎ Electrical Hazard finds out and provides appropriate solution and co-ordinate with Production dept. to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
∎ Regular monitoring of LT, MDB, BBT, DB, SDB, LPS, etc regular checkups and maintenance.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, and range of the plant/machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new projects.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with the procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Submit annual budget for Electrical & Utility Dept.
∎ Testing and evaluating systems and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and modifying as needed.
∎ Maintain equipment, systems, and components to ensure their performance and capacity.
∎ Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, systems, and applications. Develop test plans and perform tests on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems.
∎ ACCORD/Alliance/Audit-related required documentation preparation, follow up and coordinate the entire Audit process.
∎ Evaluate the performance of employees down the line of the Department and submit recommendations to the plant head.
∎ Coordinate with various departments & ensure smooth operation of the plant.
∎ Designing and developing electrical systems and equipment methods. Exchange views with local/expatriate consultants to solve different electrical problems.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly/monthly reports on the status of electrical-related maintenance required for the plant.
∎ To perform any other jobs as assigned by the management.
∎ A reputed knit composite factory is looking for potential and deserving candidate for Manager/Sr. Manager - Electrical position of Maintenance Department who has proven successful track experience of at least 10 years in Managerial position of Electrical division in reputed knit composite industry and capable to upkeep all kinds of Electrical equipment, machineries, substations and Utilities of the factory.
