Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have B.Sc / M.Sc degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology or any others similar subject with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (MBA in Finance/Accounting will be given preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning (ERP) system’s life-cycle
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to support new technologies and business needs of Enterprise Applications
∎ Manage requirements from different stakeholders to plan for building & modernizing Enterprise Applications like ERP in alignment with Business Plan
∎ Perform analysis and exploration in finding new IT solution and optimization opportunities to support enterprise business growth
∎ Plan for capacity in line with business growth and ensure technology readiness accordingly
∎ Ensure service availability, focus on cost efficiency without impacting service quality and efficiently management of ERP and other Enterprise Applications
∎ Preparation and establishment of budget & business plan in accordance with the enterprise business plan to achieve Technology objectives
∎ Negotiate with the vendors and business partners to ensure best solution at optimum price
∎ Identify training requirements to develop skill of the team, manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
