Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets;
∎ Dealer and Corporate Business Policy formulation and execution;
∎ Develop sales programs targeted to Dealer, wholesalers and distributors;
∎ Closely monitor and analyze sales volume, market share, and landed price and competitor activities & managing, developing & collecting customer feedback and market research within the region;
∎ Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it;
∎ Report to the Top Management / Senior Executives on progress and issues;
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors;
∎ Assist management in decisions for expansion or development of business within the region;
∎ Involve to visual merchandising, shop sign board & outdoor branding;
∎ Ensure right market visibility through regular merchandising and participate in POP / POS in order to supervise all promotional activities.
∎ Key role player for developing SOP for Sales Team and initiate training and workshops for developing skills for Retail Sales and corporate sales
∎ Collect and analyze the business statistical data as per requirements and built good relationship among Dealer & working partner.
∎ Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (R&D, Distribution, Production, Administration, Supply Chain and Accounts) through improvements to each functions as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven Sales experience in multinational or reputed local company of Bangladesh.
∎ Strong leadership skills including coaching and development of highly skilled sales professionals.
∎ Proven presentation skills to diverse audiences from local business owners / dealers to marketing decision makers and top executives.
∎ Efficient time management skills must be self-motivated and directed with the ability to handle multiple Markets / Distribution Chanel with rapidly changing priorities and product portfolio.
∎ Highly skilled and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
∎ Should have crystal clear idea about the paint industry.
∎ Must be TARGET ORIENTED and ability to meet deadline.

Salary: Negotiable
